Bookings & deposits

Your event date and time are reserved when we receive your 50% deposit or full payment. All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable. Customers may reschedule their event within two (2) years of the original booking date, subject to availability.

Balances

Remaining balances are due 7 days before your event. Events with unpaid balances may be cancelled.

Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

NO REFUNDS. All payments made to MOE GOT IT are non-refundable. When you book our services, we reserve your event date and time exclusively for you and may decline other customers requesting that same date and time. We understand that plans sometimes change! You may reschedule your event for up to two (2) years from the original booking date, subject to availability. All rescheduled dates must be confirmed by MOE GOT IT.

Overtime & travel

Overtime: Additional time beyond your originally booked hours is billed at $25 per 15-minute block.

Travel Fees: MOE GOT IT provides FREE travel for events located 35 miles or less from our office in Charlotte, North Carolina. For events located more than 35 miles from our office, a travel fee of $1 per mile applies to the entire one-way distance, rounded up to the next whole mile.

Examples:
35 miles or less: FREE travel ($0)
36 miles: $36 travel fee
50 miles: $50 travel fee
75 miles: $75 travel fee.

Travel distances are calculated from our Charlotte office to the event location.
